The Wall Street Journal reported today that Americans are delaying retirement as a result of the “swoon” in Housing and Stocks. The falling housing prices have forced home owners to choose labor over leisure in “uncertain times”.

Clinton, MCCAIN, and OBAMA Address Insurance Affordability

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported the respective positions of each of the Presidential candidates for access to affordable healthcare on February 17, 2008. The Sentinel reports that all of the candidates seek to make insurance more affordable and more accessible for the uninsured.

The Sentinel also reports that all of the candidates agree on the need for subsidies to make health insurance easier to obtain for those with low and moderate income.
